The webinar is targeted at project implementers and developers of digital skills initiatives in rural areas targeting various stakeholder groups (youth, elderly and businesses) and potential project holders including local, regional and national private and public actors.
This Policy Action Lab is the launch event of the rural revitalisation platform. In addition, the event will provide an opportunity to build on the work conducted so far and explore how policies and actions can foster development in rural areas suffering from rural depopulation.
The Rural Pact, is a framework for cooperation among authorities and stakeholders at the European, national, regional and local level. It contributes to achieving the shared goals of the Communication outlining the long-term vision for the EU’s rural areas.
